Looks fine except for the already mentionend too small flop bet.
BTW: though I would play it quite the same way, I guess you could be easily behind here...
May I ask for results?

OK. the flop bet depends on opp stats, but yeah. I would bet about 2/3.

The rest is good. Someone would consider 0only calling on turn and in this move are some advantages too.

Other than than the flop bet I think it is perfect.

I don't think you can slow down and call the turn. If the villiain has QQ then he has 6 outs and I think you need to make him pay to see the river (and your probably not folding ever). Likewise for other holdings you beat right now.

Villian has only enough left for about a pot sized raise, so get it in there, if you're beat, you're beat.

i think the only mistake you made was not betting more on flop

I make it $5 and I'm surprised nobody else mentioned this before.

Without reads, hard to tell but his PF range from BB could be AK-J, KQ-J, maybe JQ, and pocket pairs 10/JJ or lower. Higher pairs may come in for a reraise. A lot of range will depend on type of player and how they see you.

Flop - On draw heavy board, I'd bet more than half the pot- giving very good pot odds to call. Hard to intrepret a check call when raise was small. Could be chasing straight, have top pair, or a set.

Turn- I don't think I'm pushing here w/o read. Villian cold called both PFR and flop raise and then leads out only a third of the pot. You're either way ahead if he's playing K weaker kicker or way behind his straight or house. I'd call his bet and probably call a river bet (and muck unless he's a complete donk).

Hard to say, against UTG, I like the raise the way it was since this sets up a a good enough SPR for us.

Did we have reason to beleive the BB would cold call a 3 bet (although not a large one since the original bet was min.)? If so, then yes I would favor a slightly larger bet 4 or 5.

Doesn't any reraise set up a good spr? I think it's pretty rare to not be able to get all in postflop in a reraised pot.

Villain had QJ offsuit and flopped the straight

I would deffinately go 3.50 to 4.50 pre depending on table dynamics. Also raise flop to almost pot. Turn is standard
