Man I hate putting this much in, but I don't see how I can be good v.s. the population's range on this river. Is this standard?

Hi, I would typically 4b or fold as a standard here, would have to have reads villain is 3b'ing very light to peel OOP here. As played I would x/r turn or x/f river.

I'd 4 bet preflop. Standard 3 bet steal spot.

Hate calling OOP without it being suited, we are just going to be in awful spots post-flop. Like here, we hate turn + river.
