The Bet doesn't really look like a blocking bet and so I agree with OP that this River Bet wouldn't be made without a good Flush at least. But I also think there is almost no way we could have put him on AA there. He gets tricky with it PF and he gets tricky with it on Flop (I raise most of the time when FD is out on Flop, especially 3-Way, but Im prolly too nitty 
).
