Try to be aggressive to punish the limpers. but on the flop C-bet or check behind?

UTG+1 53/7/0.9 over 150 hands, fold to CB 63%, on some of my other tables.
SB 248/4/1.9 over 2k hands, fold to CB 66%.

Full Tilt Poker $0.25/$0.50 No Limit Hold'em - 9 players

MP2: $50.00
Hero (CO): $50.00
BTN: $136.85
SB: $50.00
BB: $15.00
UTG: $32.55
UTG+1: $51.30
UTG+2: $10.70
MP1: $30.00

Pre Flop: Hero is CO with 5 A
1 fold, UTG+1 calls $0.50, 3 folds, Hero raises to $2.25, 1 fold, SB calls $2, 1 fold, UTG+1 calls $1.75

Flop: ($7.25) K 8 9 (3 players)
SB checks, UTG+1 checks, Hero ?

I think I check back here, I think I check back also if im just hu with utg+1. I think he calls a cbet with any King, 8,9,10J/10q/qJ/67/56 sometimes , sometimes Aq/AJ and even A10...basically the board it too coordinated, and I can't tell with the sb vpip is from your post, but if its bigger than 30,35ish than hes gonna be coming along with a pretty big range too

Now that's one loose SB, vpip op 248 :P (should it be 24 or 48?)

I think I'd c-bet here. Dry board, the K might have hit your range just fine and if they're sitting with some Ax hand or lower PP you might pick it up here and now...

If anyone calls I'm leaving it though and will be going into check/fold mode.

On average, both will fold about only 40% of the time. You're behind the SB in the hand, since he called with better than you have. This is one you check and chalk it up to showing you don't always cbet when you miss.

you are in position, good FCBET% from your opponnents; and its easy to rep AK. I fire a cbet. I like the cbet here, since we have zero showdown value, and no card is going to help us, so if we are called its easy to fold.

On the other side of it, if you NEVER cbet multiway pots at the uNL level, I don't think it will effect most players winrate (as much as other leaks will).

FCBET% of ~65% is not really considered good at this level; mostly ~80% for most players (from what I have seen so far)

I can rep AK here, but problem is that this board hit lots of hands the villains could have, and their low FCBET% do not really help here.

Well its better than 50%, and your cbet only needs to be good better than 1/3 times to be profitable. (depending on bet size). That is an edge. Sure it could have hit their range, but what about Your perceived range? You are the aggressor, they need to be thinking about you. If it was a Qxx board or something like that, then I would lean towards not cbetting, since at the micro levels villians will give you credit for AK but not AQ (which is good to exploit for vbet purposes).

Like I stated before, if you never cbet in multiway pots, I don't think most uNL would feel the lost value.

I'm never cbetting here. Also you can't really "punish" fish limpers. If they hit whatever POS hand they have (which is likely on this board) they're not going to fold. Heads up I cbet this flop frequently, but do you truly believe that UTG fish is assigning hand ranges? What are you hoping for with A5? Two pair at best, and a lone 5 is difficult to play. Punish them with slightly better hands with some showdown equity.

How else do you expect to win this hand?

Why raise this hand if you don't make a Cbet?

btw, i think a 4 way pot is a greater difference between a 3 way pot, than a 3way pot to a hu pot.

as a general rule if 10/j hit any part of the board someone has 10/j

easy c-bet imo.

Flop shows a K and you have to represent it in position against these players
