Villain is 23/23 over 21 Hands. Its the second 3bet from him, to the first one i folded.
Call or shove now? I'm also not sure if preflop is so great...

i think u must ask fold or shove. did u think before call his 3bet what u gonna do if u hit ? it appears to me that u gonna put your money in on this board.
i cant see where can u reraise to see where u are at without beeing commited , so shove for me
