This kind of flop texture hits so much of his range that you aren't going to get many folds with a cbet and even when you spike a K or an A on the turn it could be really bad news for you. x/f>b/f>x/c IMO. There will be tons of flops that you will be fine to cbet away on here, this just isn't one of them unfortunately.
