I feel like a lot of villians are raising pretty light on paired boards. First, they are much less likely to be hit by anyone, and if villian has any brains he knows that. Second, a lot of villians are raising here with small over pairs in my experience. I say ship it.

I would shove. From the small sample you have, villain seems pretty loose. But I still think that a 9, or 33 is a small part of his range. There are so many other hands that you beat that raise, TT-KK.
