Hero bets $14.50, BTN raises to $29

Villain is 32/14/1.1 over 79 hands, that's the 3rd time I 3bet him this session - he called every time.

Basic baluga or does that not apply to 3bet pots?

A 32/14 isn't worrying about balanced bet sizes, so bet more on the flop for a start.

I'd fold turn, ya.

I agree.

I'm making it $9 on the Flop and may be check/folding the Turn. Weak, maybe, but on a board like that there aren't many worse cards to fall off - two pair and straight hands have just been made, let alone a slow-played set. It's definitely a fold, and I don't think this was the spot to be bet/folding.
