Looks fine to me. 3b pre is fine, I think cbetting here is better than c/c, if we're not c/c stuff like 4x and QQ+ and some flush draws on the flop then we just end up folding so many turns and rivers because our range is so weak.

I think villain can find a float a decent amount of time in this spot, getting raised on the flop is awkward but whatever. I think c/c most turns, maybe c/f most rivers.
