UTG folds, Hero raises to $1.75, 2 folds, SB raises to $5.25, BB folds, Hero calls $3.50

Flop: ($11) T 4 9 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $5.25, SB raises to $13.25

SB stats:
20/17 - 3bet 10% overall
agg% 48/42/37
cbet 3bp 81% (26hands)
x/f in srp 7/10 (no info in 3bp)

When he check I don't think he has many hands in x/calling range (some Tx/9x suited hands) because w/ QQ+/FD he cbets or x/r (I have high bet vs missed cbet).
What do you do when he checks?

When he x/r i think he has FD(often nuts or combo draw w/ straight draw) or Overpair and maybe some trash because my high bet vs missed.
folding is too nitty?
