I would like basically never check/call that hand (AcKx) on that turn. I'll refrain from posting in the SSNL thread. I mean bet/folding is really about getting him off his equity share if he decides not to semibluff the turn again. But like, seriously who plays 17/15 anyways?

I'll refrain from any other new ideas in the other thread unless its just clarifying my reasoning.

I'm still not sure about this but I am more and more leaning towards checking behind, mainly for the reason that it's tough to see him check/call the turn with worse except KQ maybe. The other thread on SSNL advocate that villain should fold TT on this turn, Spurious said he liked a check/shove. I think majority of people (in villains shoes, not heros) is not going to check/call that turn with many worse hands. Hands like AKx, could go for a c/shove as well or are probably double barreling. Not very often that people check/call a drawy board on turn in a 3bet pot with A high.

Therefore I really don't like bet/folding AQ here if I'm expecting villain to fold or shove.

Yea I think looking at it from the other side changed my perspective a bit too. I still think it's close between betting and checking...

The most interesting thing from the other thread is that I don't think "the hand (TT/AK) fits the line"... unless he just played one of those hands really weird. I don't know if this villian 3-bets light, but I get the feeling that that's what he's doing here (I think lower PP make more sense for this line). Although the turn/river action would obviously help define this more (if he goes for c/r on turn or fires a big bet on the river). A scared AA/KK kind of makes sense as well.

As I said in the SSNL forum, your hand looks exactly like AQ/KQ.
