[NL50] 2nd pair vs LAG [NL50] 2nd pair vs LAG

Villian is a loose and fairly LAG fish (74/28/40 afreq%). Bets when checked to a lot and is going into pots with me w/ basically any two in blind defense (defended 39o in a previous orbit).

Is this c/c down standard? Feels like I'm being priced in.

If he wanted you to fold the river he would bet more, I think he's valuetowning you.

lead the turn, you had the initiative, the ace is a scary card for him too

My experience is exactly the opposite: when they bet big they are more likely to have it. I'm not claiming to understand the reasoning behind it but I think this is true for fish/aggrofish in general.

Barrel the turn because if villain bets it's going to put you in a really difficult spot. Call the turn bet but fold to the river bet, I don't think villain is bluffing at this point.
