I would 3 bet preflop. As played it looks good but I would probably bet half pot hoping to be looked up by a 7 or a weak king or some mid pocket pair. On the river folding is best. It seems unlikely he would have the A because you may think he checks behind the A but I think it's more likely that he bet the flop with A7 or A3, checked the turn, and rivered two pair than it is for him to turn a hand into a bluff in this spot. Obviously if you see him doing this more often then you need to start calling more often but I think folding is fine vs a standard NL 50 player.

He gives you a pretty good price though so theoretically you need to be calling here a good amount of the time but he wont' be doing this enough with a balanced range. It's either a nuttish type hand or air and I don't think people play their air this way.
