What is your opinion on the play of beneath hand. (couldn't convert the hand). Hope to receive some feedback from you guys.

UTG limps, CO 3bet and Hero cold calls, UTG calls. I know a cold call after a 3bet is bad but I did it because CO and I were both deep and saw opportunities with ATs in BTN. CO stats 55 hands VPIP 25 PFR 22. No stats on UTG good chance to be a fish because of the limp.

Flop gives me top 2 pair. CO 3 barrels and I kept calling till end.I did it because the odds I was getting and equit my hand had. I knew CO could have sets but also some JJ+, AQ+.

as played looks fine maybe should shove river?
but Id like to 3bet the co open pre since hes likely to just iso the limper with a wider range.

You can raise flop, turn, or river. Just calling all 3 streets seems pretty weak vs anyone but the biggest of nits or maybe the image of the biggest of nits.

Flop/turn are more logical streets to raise because we also get value from draws (J9/97/QJ/KQ/KJ/xxdd etc...). Raise river doesn't feel great vs decent players able to fold AK/AQ/A5/A8/T8 but this is NL5 zoom I would expect most players not to be too much of a fan of the fold button with top pair in most situations.

Get it in on flop/turn. You might have lost this hand but long term you will be losing money by not taking their entire stacks when they have AK/AQ or draws.
