I feel a bit sick when he raises but you can't not put the money in. It looks like the 8 helped him (and Q8 is unlikely since there's only one left in the deck) but maybe he went for c/r on flop with 44/QT or something.

Calling UTG raiser with 66 IP sounds fine, what did you want to ask?
