Don't think it matters too much as your stack is committed anyway. But probly check call. I'd say bigger on flop to charge draws and shove turn due to stack sizes, we often miss this if playing too many tables.

More on flop , shove turn. Betting 30 bb into 180 is ridiculous think about future bets when u bet

100% this.

A good trick to keep in mind when you have a value hand that you want to get all in with is to figure out what street you want to get it in by thinking about your SPR. In this spot on the flop you have an spr of around 3, which is good because 4 is the magic number for getting all in by the turn without overbetting. If effective stacks are 4 times the size of the pot on the flop, and you make one pot sized bet and your opponent calls, there will be 3 pot sized bets in the pot and 3 pot sized bets left in your stack, setting you up for the perfect turn shove.

Since you can do this quick math on the flop and see that the pot is 30bb, so if you had greater than 120bb left in your stacks, you would have to overbet at least once on this street or the next to get all in. You notice that you have less than 120bb, you are right around 104bb, which sets up for one last mental math trick. Take the size of the pot, subtract it from your stack and divide by 3. This is the minimum you need to bet to get all in on the turn (104 - 30)/3 = 24.66bbs is the smallest you should consider making your bet.

In this particular spot I go for an even 25bb flop bet and ship the rest on favorable turns.
