I had a note on him that he triple barrels with air from my PT4. And went a little bit ham here is it okey with note like this to call down in this spot?

The problem with your note is that you apply it in the wrong spot. First of all, the note was likely related to him being the pfr. Secondly he most likely did not bet pot in the note. I would give him here a pretty strong range for donking the turn potsized again. That said im fine with calling the flop, but i would suggest folding the turn.

I think we've all done this at some point or another so don't lose too much sleep over it. Just realize that either you need to create more detailed notes or you need to understand that your notes aren't the gospel.

That being said I don't think this is too spewey, just a spot where you could've gotten away from the hand and lost much less.

As mentioned above the hand where you took the note was totally different. He was the pfr and had position which meant he got to see you check three times.

Donking out on three streets is totally different.
