Vs rec always a stack off, so many QQ Ak come here

Me personally I fold KK to a nit reg that I know for sure only 4bet/5bets AA but for most part going with KK. Can also flat fold to A flop but that is maybe bad??? (idk im not great)

Folding preflop is the worst choice unless this guy is only raising with AA. He could be raising with KK, AK, and QQ here.

If you've seen this guy 4bet shove with AK or QQ, then this is an always call spot.

If not, just call and see a flop. Let's compare this with getting it all in preflop with KK vs AA.

Worst case scenario post flop - you get it all in and lose, which nets you the same end result as all in preflop.

Average case scenario post flop - you get away from the hand earlier and/or minimize your losses. Instead of losing your full stack, you might only lose half a stack. People with AA don't always get all their money in post flop. On a dry board, their value bets will probably be around 75% of your stack, which saves you a whopping 25%.

Best case scenario post flop - You somehow move him off his AA hand post flop.

Of course, bluffing might get you priced in and you still might lose you entire stack. However, at least you had the chance of him folding post flop , whereas he was never folding AA preflop.

Although if you want to take it post flop, something you might need to consider is how much you're raising by. Your 4x 3bet makes his 4bet bigger.

he's 16/9 over 110 hands with 0 3bet. not a huge fan of shoving it in pre to a cold 4bet.

also don't like your 3bet/5bet size, probably only go to 6bb for the 3bet and 45-50bb for the 5bet
