What's the worst hand we should cbet flop with? What about if the pot was 3way? We have a bd flush draw and the K favors our range so is this at all close? Lastly, should we have stabbed at any point?

4way with a bunch of short stacks I'm not c-betting anything else than clear value on the flop, so sets, Kx and AA. It's definitely unbalanced but who cares.
It seems well played to me.

I would say AK, AA, and sets. Betting KJ and maybe KQ would be a mistake imo.

If it was 3-way, you could stab like 30% pot or something on this kind of board. You will get two folds often enough for a +EV c-bet.

I hardly bet anything in this spot, although I'd consider betting AA and AK for value. Six combos of A3s/A4s (with BDFDs to go with the gutshots) can bet, but I'd sometimes even check those too. There's only one player with position on you, so if you think the BTN will fold flop a lot (and he really should in this spot), you can bet a few more backdoors.
