NL5 - Bluff on the river? NL5 - Bluff on the river?

Here's the early stages from a hand I played this morning. Below is a question and my answer. Would love to hear your opinions.

SB: $5 (100 bb)
BB: $5.92 (118.4 bb)
UTG: $6.48 (129.6 bb)
MP: $5.72 (114.4 bb)
Hero (CO): $5.29 (105.8 bb)
BTN: $5.47 (109.4 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with 9 7
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.12, BTN calls $0.12, 2 folds

Flop: ($0.31) Q T 6 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.15, BTN calls $0.15

Turn: ($0.61) K (2 players)
Hero bets $0.43, BTN calls $0.43

River: ($1.47) K (2 players)

BTW: No stats avaiable on any of these oponents.

Q: Do I bluff the river?
A: Opponent has call three times. That makes me think he's on some kind of draw or maybe 9's, 6x or Tx. I he is willing to call on the turn, he may just be willing to call once more. So I figure I'd have to bet big (around $1.10?) to get him to fold. Also I'd have to fold to any re-raise. In the end I don't like my chances and decide to give up. So I check.
