This villain will practically never min raise w/ worse OTT (perhaps w/ AK if his 3bet% is low or you have the read he flats w/ AK pre often). Turn is a(n easy) fold. As played river is a fold too: I think villain would bet more as a bluff.

sets and KJ are likely. river size suggests value bet. I'd probly fold and curse the turn. certainly on the river without any reads.
