BTN was 24/21/5 over 227 hands, folding 67 to 3bets, 100 to 4bet, 3betting 16.5% him self, stealing 40%, restealing 30%, cbeting 70%. CO was a fish 42/8 over 13 hands.

Is isolating here ok ?

    This spot is different from the others because CO is the limper.

    If you think CO cold calls 3 bets then 3 bet.

    However if not or if you don't know then calling is likely best to keep the money dispenser (fish) in.

    WP and move on, this sort of thing is just a way of poker life.
    edit: maybe your raise is a tiny bit big, but its still totally fine.

    I would do the same. few cents smaller on raises though, I'd feel better with your sizing if you were suited. that's just me.
