NL5 3way vs nit and reg

Original raiser I perceived to be a nit at the time after 30 ish hands but looks more tagish now. SB is tight (ish) and aggressive, 24/16. Plays it straight post flop so far (zero fold to 3bet after 400 hands btw, not particularly relevant but still).
When flop checks I'm thinking MP has JJ-KK,smaller pairs and all the broadways.
When SB bets out on the turn I'm not sure. I rule out 89 since he opens fairly tight from SB, like 15% so far, so I guess he wouldn't flat a ton from there either (?). can have 66,TT,77. AT,AJ,AQ are possible, especially as MP probably doesn't have ace. He could also be taking a stab with some QKcc,JQcc, maybe 88, QKo...
Not sure if turn call is ok, I was planning to overbet river if checked to since I can rep a pretty strong hand there I think and fold out his Ax etc.. and I have some outs I can vbet with or call down.
Obviously MP calls which complicates....
When he checks the river I expected him to call with AJ/AQ. When raised I just put him on a boat. Do you think he could bluff that river? MP could be slowplaying AA here or something, but when MP folds can this reg bluff with a missed flush draw here cos the 6 looks like a blank really?
