Ongame Network $400.00 No Limit Hold'em - 5 players
The Official 2+2 Hand Converter By DeucesCracked Poker Videos

CO: $122.70
BTN: $524.50
Hero (SB): $396.00
BB: $819.00
UTG: $1650.90

Pre Flop: ($6.00) Hero is SB with 7 7
2 folds, BTN raises to $10, Hero calls $8, BB calls $6

Flop: ($30.00) 3 3 8 (3 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, BTN checks

both BB and BTN are solid REGs, BB is tighter, 23/19 /3.1 AF /squeeze 5 %/ River 20 % aggression

Turn: ($30.00) K (3 players)
Hero bets $20.00, BB calls $20, BTN calls $20

I don't remember why i bet turn (obviously bad decision), i guess had too many tables or just was tired, anyways i got lucky.

River: ($90.00) 7 (3 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $60.00, BTN folds, Hero raises to $190, BB raises to $789, Hero ? (176 to call)

I decide to check/raise because i guess it's better to get value from a king which should be in some villian's hand and possibly to catch someone's bluff with missed draw.
But it looks super weird , as soon as i can have many monsters here, and villian must be psycho to try to bluff me off my hand, and he is not.
So the question is can i fold it here, assuming we have the worst full, and given dynamic ?

ur not inducing bluffs by checking on that river.
a king probably isnt gonna bet/call river.
you cant have many monsters here...
just bet like 75 on the river and hope to get looked up by something like KQ. either way, he raises the river, and you call and u lose to quad 3s. if he raises the river, dont 3bet.

lol did you?

This is a spot where everyone says "you has full house, call". But its also a spot where no one ever bluffs and you're polarized already... yet he shoves with no bluffing fold equity. I guess he could have A3 for value and the hands that beat you are obv few and far between but its a close spot.

If I were in your position, I would be pissed that I started off the hand with 99 BB, not trying to fold....

I was villain in this hand (notoanfield). I know everyone on here has said wtf you have to call but I think it is the kind of spot that I dont have any bluffs in my range. As horrible a spot as it is I think your right to question your call given the dynamic.

4 combos beat you, some of which raise the turn

you get ~4:1, so you need one single worse hand to call

one single overplayed or crazy bazooka hand.. K3 73 for worse value, 87 for the sicko 'i block dem boats' bluff.. no way you fold.

Terrible line, don't bet turn and def don't c/r river. You don't have a c/c range you'd need to balance with c/r.

As played hero folding is def an option, since villain can't possibly assume that you're folding too big part of your value range. It might even be GTO, since this should be the bottom of your value range and you're so much more likely to do this with 33 or 88 than 77. If you do call, villain is 100% right when he thinks you never c/r/fold for value and never bluffs.

Getting 4:1 ask yourself the following questions:

1. How often is he doing this with a worse hand?
2. How often is he bluffing in this spot?

I would think the answer to one is 0% - a solid reg would never shove a worse hand on the river in this spot.

About 2... I highly doubt he is bluffing enough to make this a call.

It sucks to fold full houses... but sometimes it's just crystal clear that you are beat.

Yeah when you did check raise the river I almost considered flatting as I thought you had 33. Then I told myself to get some balls and said no I am ahead of 77 and there are more combos of that.

I think I remember hero timebanked before calling the reraise shove so folding crossed his mind in real time.

Hope he wasn't slow rolling!
