OnGame $400 NL Hold'em (5 handed) from memory

Not much history with Villain. Nothin crazy. He's done this min raise pre thing a few times and has folded to a 3bet or c bet on flop the odd time that I've challenged him.

I'm not sure I think about things enough when things get a bit deep and am looking for thoughts on this play.

with these stack sizes i dont shove the flop...i think he's folding most overpairs in this situations along with Qx hands..call and get some more value from weaker hands.
