Villain is 28/15 type, I havent been out of line, and have only shown big hands at showdown. I havent been active (card dead), hence opened slightly lighter than normal, my stats would be something like 16/13 over 50 or so hands at the table.

Does this line maximize my FE?
Once he calls Im getting it in, but was surprised to see villains holding?

It's quite player dependant. Some players will give you 0 credit whatsoever and FU shove (as in this case). lol that you were ahead btw.

Personally, I'd just keep betting strong, in the hopes of getting 2nd pairs or lower to fold or to keep draws drawing as you even have showdown value.

the fact i was ahead tilted me so bad on the river - lol, was pretty funny.

but it did make me question my line, the fact the turn bricked made me question whether to just 2nd barrel lead, but figured he's still calling a large chunk of his range given it bricked. I kinda hoped the check raise would look stronger?

(i hate this hand)

It depends on the villain. Some players have a decent sense of when they're behind or not, others have no understanding of the game whatsoever and go "lolz I call". You gotta seperate those players at the table and adjust accordingly.

Villain must've been tilting. You normally only see this play by complete donks. I has a gutshot!!

Seeing the results it looks great beacause you were ahead. You said you do this with sets, probably becasue it looks suspicious and you get paid off a lot with them. In this case I think you get better FE with a 2nd barrel or just check/call turn is fine too.
