I think till river this is a standard play but what is villains range? 2 FD missed and he shoved river. Could it be a bluff? Dont think he call 2 streets with 79 or FD, maybe T could help him?

looks like this guy will have a very wide range here given the stats you provided.
he can rep 8x here pretty well (maybe not, because he raises so many turns?)
weather you can call or not, i think its also dependant on your barreling frequencies and how he views you, but i wouldnt fold this against such a floaty opponent like him the first time...
he may also be vbetting worse
