Go 2 ways? Ok, ty.

I was just trying to work why a few of you think 3betting A4s isn't good vs this guy, and i figured it was because he was folding to 50% of 3bets, so 3bet bluffing isn't working out pre-flop. But then, if we drop our bluffing range we get run over a bit by steals since we are defending a lot less of the time, so i thought we had to 3bet more value hands to fill the gap and because he's defending too wide...

I think that if you guys admit this, it is only fair for you to say what is the best preflop play to do here against villain call/3B, and if the best line here is 3bet, in OP`s situation what is the best play postflop.

It depends on how comfortable your playing against villain OOP don't you think?
I would prefer to have my 3bet range only for value rather then bluff heavy

Example:
I would 3bet A-10 off rather then A-4 suited because his A-4 suited doesn't really dominate his calling range OOP and you're getting yourself into tough spots OOP vs tough opponent and if he doesn't have a plan for this flop than he shouldn't 3-bet this hand

3-betting A-4 suited vs someone who raises every button is obv profitable if you don't take the other factors into consideration but if you take others factors into consideration I would Call>Fold>3bet if I was OP.

How would you want to have your 3betting range against this villain?
