NL400 - 98s - TPNK vs maniac NL400 - 98s - TPNK vs maniac

villain plays 37/27/9.5 3bet (13 vs steal)
cbet 3bet pot 72%/fold to raise 36% over 21k hands

3bettet me for like 4 times in the last 6 hands (and has been aggressive before), i fold mostly, called w/ KQ oop last hand and c/fed a pretty bad board

preflop should be standard, what now on the flop?
raise and commit? im only slightly ahead vs draws but also have 5 outs mostly against overpairs
or just call and play a turn? problem would be that there are soo many horrible turn cards and with his maniac style (dont have specific reads about his postflop play but i guess its somewhat similar to preflop) i could be making a lot of mistakes on the turn...
