Well my read to this guy was he was very loose and a fish.
After he checked the flop i had to bet with my nutflush draw hoping he had something like TT 88 AK or something like that

After his minimum reraise i was kind of comitted (His stack was 16.80$ before the hand)

Spoiler:
He had J9s....so my read of him beeing a terrible player was correct. Because the turn paired the board every diamond AND every A or Q would made me win this hand.
Seat 1: CIVIAS (small blind) showed [Js 9s] and won ($32.65) with two pair, Jacks and Nines
Seat 3: Hero (big blind) showed [Ad Qs] and lost with a pair of Fours

Looks fine to me. And obviously you can't fold once you bet the flop.

And i guess there is also no way to check behind, right? Gotta bet big, problem is: even if i see he is strong because he checkraises me i cant fold anymore.

Maybe i should have raised preflop 3.50$ or 4$, not only 3$, dont know if this donk would have folded his hand out of position then

Against this guy, I don't think another 50c would make a difference and plus when he's calling that wide you kind of want him in the pot.

I b/c the flop too - not much else you can do here.

I presume you are 3betting AQ pre for value, so why would you want villain to fold?
