BB bets 56BB on the river and we have approx 72BB left. We are never folding and QQ is very unlikely given action pre. Even 99 will 3bet pre a fair amount imo.

Therefore I shove the river. Cooler if we're beat and want to get max value when ahead.

I don't think we should shove river against a decent player

Shoving river folds all his bluffs/Q9 and gets us called by 99/Q2/22

With that said we can't fold

Not saying a shove is definitely optimal but how can he fold to a shove - it will be 16BB more for him to call. Also we beat Q2.

Villain probably doesn't have Q2 in his defending range there is only 3 combos of Q7 left. KQ and AQ would 3b pre and even if they didn't they wouldn't be played like this unless we are up against a spazzoid

Call looks good otr

Disagree about KQ AQ being 3b pre all the time, there are so many people who flat them.

3 combo's of Q7+scarce AQ KQ (maybe .5 combo's?)+(some random crap they do some of the time) is more combo's than 99

Villain would have to be a donk to call /w AQ KQ Q7 Q9 otr since our jamming range otr is gona have those hands beat 100% of the time. Also AQ KQ pretty much never plays like this.

Why not give them chance? Q7 =/= 99 combo's

Doesn't matter if he never folds to a shove. We need to have 33% equity to make this a call, we need 50% to make it a shove. The 33% is close, we never get to 50%.
