when sb flats and co jams, into both you are sb, he has AK crushed and you dont have pot odds and still have a player behind you

when you are the CO and are holding AJo/AQo what would you do? would you call? calling sucks because you are oop with a speculative hand in a already very big pot postflop and even when you hit an ace it's not even sure that you have the best hand. folding also sucks because BUvsCO is a common 3betspot and your hand is just too strong. so 4betting is the last option which looks extremely strong and even when we get called (probably most of the times from the SB) then we have a decent amount of equity since he might call with hands like TT,JJ . and like you see we even get AK to fold sometimes (when we play vs panther)
