Even though he played it so passively till the river, I'm thinking still an easy fold. But what does he play this way? Maybe a low flush?

he could shove both straight and flush. You bet much money on the flop and on the turn. You make the pot large yourself so he even doesn't need to raise you. I would bet 2/3 pot with draw like that. And c/fold river.

Sizing on the flop & turn is wayyyyyyy off.
You've played it perfect for him, there's no need for him to do anything but c/c with everything that has you beat.

It's a little strange 'cause people in the past have said when I bet 2/3rds in similar spots it's to weak and 80%-pot is better. I guess that's what you get from micro players giving advice though.

I would not bet this big, because we want to keep hands we beat in his range. No need scare away his draws amd pairs, since you have the nfd and top pair.
His most likely hand is a flush, Jxs+. Otherwise id expect more agression. Perhaps a straight with a fd
