Villain is solid 27/20/3 but I took a stack from him so he is gunning for me. Does anyone call river. I called due to the odds, but in retrospect, everything came in. Is there even anything I beat at this point?

Just call the turn. In an unraised pot with a coordinated board and a c/r from BB on the flop + a donk on the turn, you are very likely behind a set, higher 2-pair, or straight. I just don't like your 2-pair vs BB's likely range at the turn for your big raise to $15.35.

Oh, and regarding preflop action, I almost said "raise preflop."

But with the short stack open limper, CO: $11.35, I like calling rather than raising to isolate a shortstack who will very likely call with Ax or any pair, and then stack off on most flops - often having A6s TPWK dominated by A7+. So, in this particular case, I like limping to see a cheap flop where you still have good implied odds incase you flop a big hand or big draw vs CO and the blinds.

3bet flop, jam the turn. as played it's pretty gross on the river, but i dont tink i would ever get here like this so i am not going to address that lol, but you're right, you dont beat anything and should fold despite the ridic odds you're getting.

nope, because when the half the deck that is bad for your hand hits the river you get put into awkward spots like this. just shove it when you're ahead of his range and can get called by alot of worse hands. sounds pretty profitable imo
