Pre i think it plays well IP vs fish and i dont want to gii here so imo a call is best here
OTF i see no reason to trow them out of the pot
OTT i clealry need to bet here to get value
OTR when i bet small to be called by a Q, maybe JJ or some weaker trips. When he raises me i think i can not get worse to call if i shove and could not find a fold here.
Opinions ?

Bb is very happy with his equity across all streets and does not need to raise here to get value until the river. He is allowing draws to bluff and catch up since his hand is probably not vulnerable. He has at least 88 or turned a FH with QT. Bet the turn larger against fds and QJ Q9 KQ Ak JJ ,not much larger,I think around $4.

i think i would raise flop, board is pretty wet (draw heavy) and multiway with a fish in the pot, i think there's more value in playing it fast. river i think I make a tight fold since his line looks very much like 88 or QT to me (maybe J9), don't expect to see too many bluffs and i don't think he's raising with worse

We would like to see villain polarize by betting the river himself. He is probably decent enough to know you're at least holding a Tx from the line you take by betting across three streets, I don't think many players bluff this board for three streets multiway, so I cc, against a passive player betting is pretty good.

Editing this post. I'm not sure how I didn't see you're in pos otr. Meaning only some of the above is relevant.

Heros hand strength beats some hands and crushes others, but it's not invincible. That makes deciding what to do otr for sizing a hard ask. I think it's a bet and I personally like the size you've picked. I think it's the turn where you need to build this pot, while the equity still has a chance to improve hero to a stronger hand than trips AND can still have worse to call. So I'd probably adjust my turn sizing to pot (or potentially larger, still experimenting with over bets though.). while the pot would be larger otr our stack size becomes easier to manage, we'd probably never fold if villain donk shoves and if we are going to bet it's probably going to be all in since we are never folding to a raise anyway.

Apologies for the mix up.

The hand is a little tougher being 130bb deep. Also making it less likely for villain to raise worse for the amount he had otr.

I'd advocate raising the flop, it's an okay board to polarize on with Tx or draws. Raise a size that keeps villains range the widest otf. Sometimes we will be behind obv. Raising the flop and betting large OTT. If I had raised flop, the turn bet would not have to be as large now I think on it more to help towards stack size management for the remaining street(s). Tough and interesting spot. Shouldn't happen to often though. I think betting river for any size overall would be plus ev.
