Just realized I posted this in small stakes full ring when it should have been in micro. Any way I move it there without having to repost? Might as well leave it and see what the nl100+ players say about the hand...

You are slightly over repping your hand but I think it's fine. Not folding cus he might 3b ship turns with AdX or sets who are scared for a river. He opened in CO so he might have a lot of pairs + nfds.

I realized I was reppin' strong, which is why I thought it was even more unlikely he had anything but a flush. I know he has a wide range from the CO, but I don't think he has too wide of a range when he ships other than flushes and maybe AA w/d and KK/d or a str8.

This spot isn't tricky at all since it's a standard shove.

How many tables is villain playing?

If Villain is a LAG reg, are you going to be able to out-play him post flop and OOP when you don't hit your set/over pair?

As played you have to get it in, even though I think if it's a decent LAG he has the flush here a ton of the time.

Thanks for the input. Not sure if he was a reg or not, guess as I play more 25nl i will come to find out. Forgot to check how many tables he was playing but have started to check that as this is like the 3rd time you have asked me if I knew. I promise the next hand I post will have more comprehesive info on villain for sure. He had the nuts.

why would you check/raise to fold to a shove?... i hate the c/raise personally, i lead out 100% and probably call/fold depending on villain and raise size....

So.. When CAN we fold a set 100bb deep? Seems like the answer is pretty much always "you have equity vs a flush, ship it".

b/c turn. this is a good donking spot because the diamond may slow down your opponent in position (check back) and brings out extra draws that you have to worry about. So, donk turn to get value from hands that might check back. B/C because your either ahead or have tons of outs.

leading out here is completely inconsistent with our plan of attack

Are you bet/calling with the intention of folding if we don't fill up on the river?....!!!?

you can fold a set whenever you want to

this guy probably has a flush, and we dont have the right odds to draw to a boat, so i would just muck it

OR AdAx, KdKx, 22, 44, 66. How are your odds against a range that isn't just flushes? No way I can fold here.

yah but they dont just jam over on the turn with those, they call and see if they improve on the river

i mean, what do you do when the flush card hits and you get checkraised?

for me, i automatically think "danger danger he might have a flush"

when there are 5 cards of the same suit on the board. Your set is pretty much no good then.
