Check/fold or bet/fold. 150 hands is a small sample, but your opponent's stats, and the way he played this hand, suggests he's passive.

I think check/folding is best.

A passive player probably isn't going to bluff at you on the end here. I can't imagine him calling you with a worse hand with this ugly of a board, so check/folding seems bad as well. If he had a worse queen, he'll check behind hoping he's good. If he called you with suited connectors on the flop, you're in bad shape - everything from 3-4 to 8-9 gets there.

I don't mind betting as small as $3 or $4 i doubt he turns worse into a bluff. Bet 25 cents if you have to people arn't always shipping over stupid bets.
