I think the fold is okay. Given the size of Villain's overbet, you need a lot of equity (about 44% if my math is correct) to break even on a call. The range you're putting Villain on might be a little narrow. Based on the preflop 3bet and the flop shove, I would put him on 99+, A

I'm curious, though. When you called his raise pre-flop, what was your plan for the flop? That's actually a pretty good flop for your hand. You have an overpair and a backdoor flush draw and Villain is tight so he's unlikely to have hit that flop hard. What kind of flop were you hoping to hit and what was your plan?
