UTG: $44.15
CO: $25.00
BTN: $39.70
SB: $26.10
Hero (BB): $50.40

Pre Flop: ($0.35) Hero is BB with Q Q
UTG raises to $0.75, 3 folds, Hero raises to $2.75, UTG calls $2

Flop: ($5.60) K A K (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG checks

Turn: ($5.60) 6 (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $2.75, Hero folds

Villain is 35/28/44 Afq., spews sometimes, takes weird lines, and overall isn't that good. No specific history.

Preflop, 3betting might be kind of a mistake 200bb deep because I can't really get QQ in and can't call a 4bet oop.

On the flop, I decided that I either had to turn my hand into a bluff to get villain off Ax or just give up and I went with the lower variance play because I don't trust a leaky, spewy villain to fold.

I think villain could check back flop with entire range (nuts, air, PP's), but can we give credit once he bets the turn for less than 1/2 psb?

i'd lead the flop for like 4.60, you took the initative, a check here is fine

when he checks the flop i'd fire turn
