Fold, but you can also sometimes 4b bluff for sure because his 3b vs steal is enormous.

Same, but it's also villain dependant. Vs maniac I'm defending, vs TAG sometimes, vs a nit that never 3b's I'm not defending, and so on.

you can flat, his range is so wide it should be fine, but I would 4b with no postflop reads (even the stats you have would influence my choice)

I'm not opening this and folding if he is 3betting that much
