It seems like a coinflip situation. I'm putting CO on a tightish all-in range here of 33, JJ+, 66, 45s, KJ, QJ, JT, which might be narrow due to his high VPIP. Then again, how often will a 45/0 shove on a flop instead of being a calling station? UTG has a high cbet but he is betting into 4 people which he shouldn't be doing unless he is willing to call the shove from CO. I would probably jam without any special reads.

CO is a fish, I'm not worried about him. I'm worried about UTG acting behind us. He did bet the flop but he bets kinda smallish for a MW pot and board with a FD.

You are also getting good odds on the CO call. Even if he does this only with sets you have 35% equity and need 39% for a call. Add a couple of Jx hands and some spewy FD's and we are good. But problem is the UTG guy. All in all, wouldn't expect to be making loads of money here.

There is no problem with the UTG. You shove and if he calls, you have created the odds you need to draw. Preempt with a shove.

^ When we shove and UTG comes along we risk ~100BB to win 160 which means we will need at least 38% equity that we wont have.

The problem is that I expect UTG to come along with some kind of an overpair such as KK. Which means that the times when CO has a XhXh bluff we beat, it will still not be great for us cause CO will be holding our outs and UTG will have a strong made hand that we still have to beat.

And for the times when CO will hold a set we only have 25% equity for half a pot and 45% equity for the second part of pot (cause CO only shoved for 40BB) where we actually shoved 60BB to win 60BB where we will need 50% equity and have 45%.

The best case scenario is that CO holds a hand like QJ and UTG holds an overpair. Where we would have 43% equity.

Of course other weird scenarios could happen too. That's why I think its close and looks like a coinflip. I wouldn't expect to be making money here.

I like to lead out here because it really makes UTG hamstrung with his options - ideally we'd want a Txx board or lower but Jxx is close enough :P
