bet flop and turn. people play very tight in limped pots so its a good spot to pick up some money.

the only times u dont want to bet a draw in a limped pot is when there is someone that literally never folds the flop(even 50VPIPs fold sometimes). but here you have a good draw, flush draw+overcard so u normally have 13 outs giving you around 45% equity, so its fine to bet here aswell to build the pot vs these stations.
Also when its 4way to the flop, in which case its unlikely you will get everyone to fold.

You should be folding preflop, even with your good odds, you are out of position with an easily dominated hand. Best to just let it go.
