Preflop is loose but okay as long as you are cautious with it when other players show interest in playing the pot.

I also like the bet on the flop. The problem is the villain's flat call. There are no draws on the board, so you have to decide immediately based on previous experience with the villain if it is more likely he has two pair (eights through queens) or a king. If you think the villain has a king, it is time to shut down the betting. This is the point where you have to be cautious about playing king-ten, especially since you are out of position.

If you put the villain on eights-jacks (queens are no good now), I like the bet on the turn. Once the villain min-raises though, I would fold. You're betting line is screaming that you have a king and the villain doesn't care. Since you aren't beating any decent kings, and you are out of position on the river, it is time to fold on the turn.

Wait, his aggression factor is 11 after 200 hands? Am I reading that right?

I've never seen an AF that high, isn't it just usually infinite?

Based on that alone I think you have an easy check/call on this river. Reads are very important for a hand like this.

Pf is marginal. KT is a rough hand to play, but as a steal from time to time in this position, ok.

The bet on the flop is good. It looks like a cbet. I'm not that concerned with the call on the flop. 88-QQ isn't going to fold because you made a cbet. However, there is a possibility that 77 and AK, KQ, and KJ (not as much) are out there as well.

Everything is going well until he mini raises you on the turn. Given his high aggression, the fact that you're saying you have a King, and he's giving you 4:1 to call, it is a reluctant fold. The aggression plays because he just called on the flop, then raises. He had you beat from the beginning and wanted to extract an extra bet.

Following Sammy's rule #5, don't call a raise oop if you don't intend to bet on the next street. In this case, it means stacking off. Save your money.
