clearly, BTN has a hand like urs, probably TT,QQ,KK,AA...even 33...

Vs a fish i think this is fine he is calling with Tx most pairs 66+ if he has TQ or a random Qx then its just a cooler.

Is he a passive or aggro fish?

1 prefer 3bet pre. Hard to play OOP this river. If you re value your commit, if you check you doesn't what do against a shove.

If you read the OP he didn't 3bet because the original raiser is semi-tight so all he does by 3betting is pushing the fish out of the hand and getting himself in trouble vs the original raiser.
