I would likely flat here and reevaluate the flop, but I don't see how a fold can be that bad.

Since you basically have no reads in this spot, it's mainly gonna be about how you feel you can play post flop and think about what your gonna do on certain board textures. With no reads, I would basically never 4bet\fold or 4bet\call it off, just folding here would also be ok if you don't wanna get it in on dry undercard flops.

On all undercard wet flop (874dd) your pretty much gonna wanna be stacking off as their are a lot of draws and a lot of hands villain will be putting pressure on you with.

On all undercard dry flops (238r) you wanna be weary of getting it in, but still prolly jam. Remember the further the top card is from JJ the better, because it creates more room for villain to have overpairs.

On random over card flops, (Axx, Kxx) your prolly gonna wanna c\f here because villain will rarely be checking back with Ax or Kx and will not be turning an underpair into a bluff.
Qx is different here as their are really only 2 maybe 3 hands he can have here, QQ and AQs most ppl dont 3bet KQs and def not KQo
