Villain has played 66/24 over 107 hands, he's completely positionally unaware, in fact he's raised 33% of the time UTG.

The very previous hand, this happened (same villain, me in BB):

Grabbed by Holdem Manager
NL Holdem $0.25(BB) Replayer
SB ($30.39)
Hero ($36.59)
UTG ($37.94)
UTG+1 ($31)
CO ($26.25)
BTN ($30.60)

Dealt to Hero A K

fold, UTG+1 raises to $1, fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to $4, UTG+1 calls $3

FLOP ($8.10) K A 3

Hero bets $4.50, UTG+1 raises to $11.25, Hero raises to $32.59 (AI), UTG+1 calls $15.75 (AI)

TURN ($62.10) K A 3 4

RIVER ($62.10) K A 3 4 T

Hero shows A K
(Pre 75%, Flop 87.2%, Turn 95.5%)

UTG+1 shows A 3
(Pre 25%, Flop 12.8%, Turn 4.5%)

Hero wins $60.10

Then the next hand is the following:

Grabbed by Holdem Manager
NL Holdem $0.25(BB) Replayer
Hero ($65.69)
BB ($37.94)
UTG ($25)
UTG+1 ($26.25)
CO ($30.60)
BTN ($30.29)

Dealt to Hero J J

UTG raises to $4, fold, fold, fold, Hero ??

He's never made such a huge open raise before.

What would you do?

Did he snap-raise (2nd hand)? if so 3bet. If he tanked for a few seconds just call. Timing tells bud

you were not seriously considering folding, right? either 3bet to 12 like JEC said and never fold or just shove, not sure whats better, prob doesnt matter.

i think making a big raise is much better than just shoving cause in situations like this ive seen fish call the big raise with hands like KJ, Q9s etc where they may just fold them if we shove

Min 3 bet here. If he 4bets, click it back. If he calls, c/c 3 streets. Stack A8s and hope he rebuys.
