Opp is running 23/17/3,2 and might be playing more hands against me, because i play like 23/20 with stl 35 or so, but have not seen him doing this stuff before.

On the micros I lean towards folding, because it will be very hard for us to continue and play it profitable on turn and river being OOP. FE we call and turn comes 8-K, pot is 8$, we check, he bets like 5$ and we hate life. Sometimes I will call raise on the flop if we would have backdoor flush draw.

If he is bluffing and i call 8-K hits turn, which is very likely villain is firing again i will be in bad spot OOP.
Whats our plan if we call? Maybe donk turn?

He definetly doesn´t have a 4, the only one in his range would be 44 and he would never raise flop with it. He also doesn´t have QQ+ due to preflop action (probably not TT either). So his range here is something like 88-99 or air (b/c that´s just a very good flop to raise a cbet since it totally misses you pf raising range). You can do the low variance play and just fold or the +EV play imo which is to raise to something like $9.5 since he seems to be a TAG and not a CS or an aggro monkey.

For starters look at villains vpip, 3bet, and flop c/r stat. This will help you put villain on a range.

This spot is kinda like donkleading. Most players are severely unbalanced and only make this play with certain types of hands. For example some people will flat Ts/9s/8s pre and then checkraise the flop for value/see where they are. Others do it with complete crap only, others with OESD and/or gutshots. Only a few do it with a well balanced range.

If I had no history/no idea how villain plays I would basically turn my hand face up here. Flat flop, flat any turn that doesn't complete straights. I would fold to any river aggro as I dont think most villains would triple barrel with worse for value or as a bluff.
