Villain is 40/10/2 over 45 hands. Very aggressive. No clear read on how he reacts to 3-bet pots vs. regular one-raise pots though.

1) The 3-bet from the blind is standard here, no?
2) C-bet standard here too, right? Around 2/3 pot with a dry board is also standard?
3) Any point continuing after the minraise?

Looks fine to me unless you have some read or history to play the hand in some oddball way like a c/r on the flop as a bluff, or a c/c then lead the turn on any flop. But without some specific reason to take some unusual line, your line in the OP is fine.

+1 to Albert. I agree to dump it there, but watch that guy. If you are multitabling be sure to make a note. Then try to see if he ever does this with air. Your note will help you realize if that particular villain is doing this to you every time you get into this spot with him. Most villains aren't tricky but there are a few that will keep hammering on you with *cheap* bluffs like this.

In general though give them credit till you figure out they are definitely FOS.
