4-tabling a good reg and thought this hand was interesting. Reads are that he 3bets suited crap as well as good broadways. What's the plan here?

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $2.00 BB (2 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

BB ($271.50)
Hero (SB) ($889.50)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 9, 8
Hero bets $6, BB raises to $20, Hero calls $14

Flop: ($40) J, 10, Q (2 players)
BB bets $22, Hero raises to $64, BB calls $42

Turn: ($168) Q (2 players)
BB checks, Hero ...

In my mind the only play here is to bet / get it in. Folding is not an option and slowplaying here looks pretty bad also since there is loads of bad cards either weakening our hand or scaring the villain.

I dont know the dynamics in 3bet pots during the match so im not sure if he is stacking off with aa / kk (most ppl will at this lvl) and it is highly unlikely we are beat unless you think he slowplays ak/sets here which i cant say but again most people dont. Aq is always geting it in here as wll as kq.

Yeah I don't see many options behind just sticking it in...stacks are awkward for sure though and this turn sucks as the majority of your draws are going to take a freecard here so you are damn near the bottom of your value range.
