pre: I fold A3s UTG though snowie says otherwise. i found it is simply not worth it.

flop: I like your check

turn: I would bet sthg like 1/2 pot exactly for the reasons you mentioned

--------
edit: critical Q is your river plan once you get called..

Are you only opening ATs+ then UTG? Why’ve you found A2-A5s to be not worth it ?

my UTG RFI is sthg like 88+,AQ+,KQs, & only A5s thats it

the pop i play will routinely flat call AQ, so i ditch AT, AJ which end up getting dominated

I found A5s much more versatile and playable.

A2s is horrible as pretty much every card will be higher.
A3,A4 slightly better

I don't mind betting. Your meant to check a fair amount oop in UTGvBTNvSB I think, even on K high boards. This means you should still have a decently strong value range on the turn as you say. I would have all the K10/KJs and some KQ on the turn for some top pairs.

I would probably prefer having like AQ/AJ one heart and then some flush draws to bet though and then bet/overbet heart rivers with the nut blocker versus capped ranges. It's good because when you start betting MW your perceived strength increases and you can generate decent fold equity from these middling pairs that make up a lot of their ranges. If you do bet this combo I would probably check heart rivers though so that's why it's a bit dicey.
